Mary Thrash Rogers, age 87 of Vancleave, passed away on 2-10-2018
Mary was preceded in death by her first husband, George Thomas Thrash; her parents; and her siblings, Jesse Jones, Dub Jones, Billie Duckworth, Lou Thrash, and Lloyd Jones.
She is survived by her husband, Leroy Rogers; a brother, Charles Carter (Lynn); a sister, Shirley Watson (Bob); her children, Luanne Thrash (Jim) Bovard, Mike Thrash, and Tony Thrash (Kay); 6 grandchildren, Gwen Thrash, Mike Thrash, Jason Thrash, Danielle Thrash, Chad Dees, and Dusty Dees; 13 great-grandchildren, Nolan Dees, Tristan Dees, Peyton Dees, Kade Thrash, Karson Netto, Neveah Cole, Hayden Cole, Presleigh Cole, Cody Thrash, Afrie Thrash, Bella Thrash, Makaelyn Thrash, and Emma Dees; numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Mary was retired from Ocean Springs Hospital as a housekeeping supervisor after 20 years of service. She enjoyed canning, reading her bible, and different coloring projects with her great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 13, 2018, from 5 - 7 pm at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 13872 Lemoyne Blvd, at Washington Ave., West Jackson County.
In lieu of flowers, please bring a dish to the visitation and help us honor our mother during the time of gathering.
