Mary Martin

Mary K. "Kathy" Martin, age, 67, resident of Biloxi, MS, passed away on Monday, December 18, 2017. She is a beloved wife, mother, nanny, sister, aunt, and friends to so so many.
Her spunky, sassy attitude with her "matter of fact" responses will be missed by so many. She prayed before every meal she ate, for herself, family, friends, and strangers. She knew she was praying to our Lord of Savior and now she is with Him doing the things she always loved to do. She enjoyed making her famous spaghetti, stirring up her delicious sweet tea, and serving her homemade peach ice cream to anyone in her sight. Even with no power, during Katrina, she worked wonders on the grill. She also loved a margarita every now and then. She is loved by many, and she loves everyone back. This is how she would want to be remembered, so please help us keep her memory alive by sharing all of the joyous memories we have of her, every time we speak of her beautiful soul.
She was proceeded in death by her mother, Mary Carter; her father, O'Neal Carter; her brother, Gary Carter; and her sister, Peggy Davis.
She is survived her husband, Jerry Martin of Biloxi; her daughter, Lisa Marsden; her son, Danny (Bethany) Wallace; her grandchildren, Daniel, Nicholas, Mallory, Katelyn, Kaleb and Ashley; her sisters, Faye (Chris), Joyce (Kenny), Vicki (Larry), Ann; her brother, Leslie; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. She is loved and will be missed by all.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 26th from 10 to 11 a.m. at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Road, Biloxi, MS. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
Interment will be held at 12:30 p.m. at the National Cemetery in Biloxi.
