Mary S. Larivee, age 55, passed away Friday, February 1, 2019.
Mary was born in Rapid City, SD on October 7, 1963 to Roberta Rogers. Robert married Carl Stewart in 1971 and Mary gained a wonderful step-father. With Mary's step-father in the Navy, she moved around a lot and with that she gained many friends. In the 1980's Mary's family was stationed in Gulfport, MS during which she had a son whom she named Lee. Mary fell in love with Gulfport and decided to make the area her home.
She had one adventure after another. Mary didn't have much but she did have a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone in need, even if it meant she went without.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Larivee and Roberta Rogers; her brother, Mike Larviee; her brother-in-law; and both maternal and paternal grandparents.
She is survived by one son, Lee Nadiger; two grandchildren, all from Grangeville, Idaho; four sisters, Debbie Worsham from Edgemont, SD, Sandy Horst of Deadwood, SD, Jackie Hampton(Rob) of Gulfport, MS and Yolanda Qualls (Daniel) of Mitchell, SD; brother, David Stewart of Reliance, SC; special friend, David; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held from 5:00 - 8:00 PM on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at Highland Baptist Church, 8400 Firetower Rd., Pass Christian.
