Mary Oberene Blake

Mary Oberene Blake, age 83, of Bush, LA, left this earthly life for her eternal life on Friday, October 12, 2012. Mary was born in Lewisville, Ohio to William John and Edna Smith on November 10, 1928.
She was a longtime resident of Biloxi, MS and a member of Beauvoir United Methodist Church before moving to Bush, Louisiana where she was surrounded by her daughter, Debra Upshaw, and her grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Linwood Blake and a grandson, Joseph Upshaw.
She is survived by her son, Danny Lee Tinsler of Massillion, OH; daughters, Debra Upshaw of Bush, LA and Susan Marie Tinsler of Madison, MS; grandchildren, Melanie Baze (David), John Paul Upshaw (Tara) and Brian Upshaw (Dawn); fourteen great grandchildren; a brother, John House; and a sister, Mary Connie Johnson.
She loved the Lord and her church home for more than fifty years.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at 11:30 AM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Rd, Biloxi with a visitation from 10:30 AM until the service. Burial will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
