Mary Louise Beecher, age 89 and a resident of Ocean Springs, died on Saturday, December 22, 2012, in Biloxi.
Mrs. Beecher was a lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and served in the U.S. Army during WWII.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Everett and Oma Luther and her brothers, Bob Luther and Jack Luther. Mrs. Beecher is survived by her children, Lori (Jeff) Sasser of Biloxi and David (Kim) Fayard of Ocean Springs.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the USO Gulf Coast, Bldg. 306 A/B
3001 6th Street, NCBC, Gulfport, MS 39501.
Riemann Family Funeral Home, 274 Beauvoir Road in Biloxi, assisted the family with arrangements.
