Mary Ann Bass

Mrs. Mary Ann Bass, 80, of Andalusia, passed away Saturday, November 8, 2025 in Gulfport, MS.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Tuesday, November 11th at Shady Hill Freewill Baptist Church with Brother Jeff Switzer officiating and Foreman Funeral Home directing. Visitation will begin at 1 PM at the church. The interment will follow in Shady Hill Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Herman Bass of Andalusia; one daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Jeff Switzer; three grandchildren, Hannah (Ike) Dulin, Timothy Switzer, and Jonathan (Claire) Switzer; two great grandchildren, Collins Dulin and Elsie Dulin, all of Gulfport, MS; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Serving as pallbearers will be Timothy Switzer, Jonathan Switzer, Ike Dulin, Stanley Bass, Roy Bass, and Don Bass.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shady Hill Freewill Baptist Church.

The family expresses appreciation to Riemann Funeral Home of Gulfport, MS for their assistance and care of Mrs. Bass.
