Dr. Rico was born in Benoit, MS to Marlon C. Rico, Sr. and Annie Smith Rico.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his daughter, Ann Rico.
He is survived by his wife, Beth Corbin Rico of Kiln; his children, Lisa Marie Rico and Marlon Guin Rico; 6 grandchildren; his dogs, Lu-C and Molly; his horse, Boudreaux; and his cat, Ms. Dot.
