Mark Eugene Giuffria, a loving father and devoted friend, passed away on May 9, 2024. He was born on January 28, 1956, and throughout his life, he brought joy to all those who knew him.
 
Mark's career was marked by his work as an electrician specializing in building oil well platforms offshore. Alongside this trade, Mark always loved the culinary world and went on to found Café New Orleans. Mark's dedication and hard work led him to expand the business along the Coast, ultimately selling the franchise in the mid-1990s.
 
Apart from his professional achievements, Mark found joy in various hobbies and interests. In his younger years, he cherished camping and fishing activities. He was also known for being a motorcycle and aviation enthusiast.
 
Among Mark's proudest accomplishments was his love for Taekwondo, having once sparred with the legendary Chuck Norris—an experience that truly exemplified his spirit of determination and courage.
 
Mark is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Eugene Peter and Marilyn Blanche Mills Giuffria. He is survived by his sons Marshall Sturges Giuffria, Jonathon Michael Giuffria (Ana Gayle Christian), and Sterling Reed Giuffria; as well as his siblings Warren Galle, Sr. (Mary Ann) and Debbie Giuffria Ford (Steve).
 
Throughout his life's journey, Mark touched the lives of many with his hardworking nature, entrepreneurial spirit, and adventurous pursuits. He will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
 
Private Services will be held at a later date.
