Marion "Bucky" Joseph Waltman (Rolling Thunder)

   Marion Joseph “Bucky” Waltman of DeLisle, MS passed away on Friday, January 12, 2024, at the age of 73.  Bucky, a native of Mississippi his entire life, was born on July 25, 1950, to Mary and Randolph Waltman. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary and two oldest sons, Joey and Troy Waltman. He is survived by his son, Wayne Waltman; his grandson, Deszel Waltman; and a combined eight brothers and sisters.

   Our beloved Bucky lived his entire life one day at a time enjoying Indian Heritage through hunting, fishing, gardening and the company of family and friends. He will remain in our hearts through the countless memories shared by all that knew him.

   Friends are invited to join the family for visitation on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 9062 Kiln Delisle Road, Pass Christian.  The visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m.

   Bucky will then be laid to rest at St. Joseph Cemetery at Rotten Bayou.
