Margaret E. Shavers, age 90 and a resident of Saucier, died on November 10, 2015, in Gulfport.
Mrs. Shavers was born on September 28, 1925, in Saucier to Hoarce & Josephine Bond. She was a lifelong resident of Saucier and a member of Faithview Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 55 years, Charles ""Buck"" Shavers, Sr.; three brothers and three sisters.
Mrs. Shavers is survived by her son, Charles (Louise) Shavers, Jr.; her daughters, Kay Dedeaux and Annette (Raymond) Lywiski; seven grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 13, 2015, at 2pm at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road in Gulfport, where friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Rouse Cemetery in Saucier.
