Mamie B. Furr Hicks, age 48, a lifelong resident of South Mississippi, passed away Friday, February 12, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Earlene Furr.
Mamie is survived by her children, Jenny Breeland, Kayla Lassabe, Kimberlee Lassabe, and Courtney Lassabe; her siblings, Jodie Ramsey, Billy Furr, and Kenneth Furr; and her grandchildren, Savanna, Jayden, Brianna, Caylon, Aubrey, and Liam.
Mamie was a former firefighter in Gulf Park Estates in Ocean Springs and a former phlebotomist. She loved her grandchildren, her cats, was always there to help and had a big heart.
Memorial contributions may be made to her Go Fund Me account.
