Maloy Crawford Goins

MSgt. Maloy Crawford Goins, USAF, retired, age 81, of Gulfport, passed away Tuesday, October 13, 2015.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dalton and Mildred Goins; his brothers, Frank, Morris and Kenneth Goins; and his sister, Alice Goins.
Maloy is survived by his wife of 58 years, Gloria Goins of Gulfport, MS; his three children, Xandra (Danny) Garner of Gulfport, MS, Robert (Suzanne) Goins of Mobile, AL, and Brian (Jeri) Goins of Jackson, MS; his sisters, Eloise Montgomery, Janice Walker, and Christine Herndon, all of Alabama; his six grandchildren; and his three great-grandchildren.
Maloy retired from the U.S. Air Force after 20 years of service. After retirement from the military, he owned and operated a commercial shrimp boat and loved fishing, hunting, being on the water, gardening, and being outdoors.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 19, 2015, at Bayou View Baptist Church, Gulfport, with a visitation for family and friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery.
