Major Richard Toothaker, age 73 and a resident of Biloxi passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 in Moss Point.
Mr. Toothaker was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, where he worked as a Public Affairs Officer, retiring at the rank of Major.
He is survived by his wife, Olivia Toothaker, and his five children: Rick, Scott, Maggie, Erin, and Abigail.
The funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at Popps Ferry Baptist church, 2000 Popps Ferry Road Biloxi, where friends are invited to visit from 10:00 a.m. until the service. Interment will full military honors will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery.
