Mae Moran Carver Rachuba, age 84 and a resident of Pass Christian, died on Thursday, August 21, 2014, in Pass Christian.
She was a native of Picayune, a lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and was a member of the Ladies VFW Auxiliary of Bay St. Louis.
She was preceded in death by parents, Charles and Mabel Moran; her sisters, Lela Moran Peterson and Doris Ruiz Roberts and her brothers, J.C. Moran and Walter Moran.
Mrs. Rachuba is survived by her daughters, Patricia Gail (Clifford) Lee of Picayune and Renee (Louis) Verrua of Pass Christian; her sister, Yvonne Moran (Howard) Romagossa of Slidell, LA; her grandchildren, Tim Lee, Melissa Carlan, Aimee Koenig, Perry Harshbarger, and Aaron Harshbarger and 10 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2014, at 2pm at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 9113 Kiln Delisle Road in Pass Christian, where friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at St Joseph's Cemetery at Rotten Bayou.
