Mack Wayne Handler, Sr. of Biloxi, passed away on September 6, 2026.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mack Handler, a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend. His life was a testament to the importance of family, friendship, and the simple joys that make life meaningful.

Mack was born in Mobile, Alabama, and was a longtime resident of Biloxi, Mississippi. He dedicated many years of his life to the City of Biloxi before retiring and was a part of the Biloxi Police Reserves. He took pride in his work and in the relationships, he built throughout his life.

Mack enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, visiting and talking to his many buddies, watching Saints football, enjoying a cold beer, smoking his cigarettes and making memories with those he loved. His family was especially important to him, and the time he spent with his grandchildren brought him great joy.

Mack will be remembered for the lives he touched, the memories he created, and the love he shared with his family and friends. Though his passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of those who knew him, his memory will live on through the people he loved and the many lives he influenced.

Mack was preceded in death by his parents, Morris Milton Handler, Sr. and Winona Handler; his brothers, Jimmy Williams, Donald Handler, Sammy Handler; his sisters, Shirley Vogel and Donna (Susie) Handler.

He is survived by his children, Mack Wayne Handler, Jr. (Ashlee), Julieann Handler, Keleigh Handler and Jordan Handler (Bianca); his grandchildren, Raylynn Allen, Jermaine Allen, Taylor Handler, Jordyn Handler, Nevaeh Handler, Isaiah Handler and Rhett Handler; his sibling, Morris Milton Handler, Jr.; his former wife and mother of his children, Terri Handler. Extended family, and friends, all of whom will cherish his memory and miss him dearly.

A graveside service will be held at Biloxi City Cemetery at 2:00 pm, on Sunday, September 20, 2026. Family and friends are invited to come together to honor Mack's life and celebrate the memories he leaves behind.

Rest peacefully, Mack. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
