Lydia Irene Rigley

Lydia Irene Rigley, age 78, of Biloxi, passed from this life on March 17, 2013 and arrived home to the welcoming arms of her heavenly Father.
She was born January 8, 1935 in Olive Hill, Kentucky to Earl and Hattie Dillow who preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death were her sister, Gladys Eldridge, and her brothers Roger, Lloyd, Danny, and Richard Dillow.
She is survived by her husband of sixty years, Ralph Rigley, as well as her three children: Ralph Randall Rigley (Colleen), Larry Jay Rigley (Patti), and Michelle Ann Trowbridge (Bryon). She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren: Jessica (Jason) Kane, Jennifer Manzoni (Joseph), Julie Laliberte (Charles), Amanda Clark, Kaitlyn and Andrew Rigley, Cameron and Brandon Trowbridge. She was also blessed with 7great grandchildren: Noah, Joseph, MacKenzie, Olivia, Nickolaus, Emerie, and Rose. She is also survived by her sister, Joy Knipple of Gulfport, MS, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was a member of Bay Vista Baptist Church. She was also a member of The Grand Chapter of Mississippi Order of the Eastern Star for 50 years serving as Worthy Matron in 1991.
Visitation will be Thursday, March 21 from 9:00am until 10:00am followed by the funeral service at 10:00am at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 274 Beauvoir Road, Biloxi. Graveside services will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that memorial contributions be made to the Bobbie Holmes Education Fund c/o Bay Vista Baptist Church 2465 Pass Road in Biloxi.
