Loyal Eldridge McCanless

Loyal E. ""Radar"" McCanless, age 56, passed away February 13, 2013. He was born on July 8, 1956 in Arkansas and was a current resident of Saucier.
Loyal was preceded in death by his mother, Wynona McGuire; his nephews, Brian and Christopher Glenn; and two nieces, Amanda and Nicole McGuire.
He was survived by his father, James McGuire; his son James R. McCanless (Terri); grandsons, Austin and Bentlee McCanless; companion, Frances Riley; siblings, Harold McGuire , Roy McGuire, Joann Glenn and Diane Brito. He also leaves behind numerous other family and friends.
""Radar"" was an auxiliary deputy with the Harrison County Sheriff's Department, and for the last 30 years was an over the road truck driver.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Loyal McCanless Donation Fund at any branch of Kessler Federal Credit Union.
The family will hold a memorial service on March 2, 2013 at the home of James McCanless, 15186 North Big Hill Rd, Gulfport, MS from 2-5 pm. RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, Gulfport assisted the family with arrangements.
