Louise Helen Whitehead

Louise Helen Whitehead, age 84, of Saucier, went to be with her Heavenly Father on June 10, 2012.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Melvin Eugene Whitehead; her daughter, Della Lopez; her grandson, Toby Sharkey; and her great granddaughter; Tristan Sharkey.
She is survived by her four children, Elane Patterson (Samuel), Patricia Sharkey, Jo Mauffray (Donald), and Eddie Delaney (Lora); twenty four grandchildren; seventy great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren.
Helen, a native of Baton Rouge, was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved her dogs, enjoyed gardening, and was an avid LSU football fan.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society of South Mississippi in Helen's name.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 14, 2012 at 11:15 AM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport, with a visitation from 9:00 AM until the service. Burial will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
