Lori Denise Kelly

Lori Denise Kelly, born May 30, 1968, in Lexington, Missouri, passed away on September 26, 2025. She was the daughter of Thomas Allen Kelly and Cheryl Lee Souder Kelly of Higginsville, MO.

She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Allen Kelly, and her grandparents.

Lori and Gary Price had four beautiful daughters, Kelly Georgeanne Price (Hector Vega) of Tucson, AZ, Katherine Diane Price (Seth Pendleton) of Raymore, MO, Kasea Louise Price of Ocean Springs, MS, and Korrine Marie Price (Ryan Decarlo) of Raytown, MO; and one granddaughter, Madilynne Lee Kiff. Lori is also survived by her mother, Cheryl Kelly of Higginsville MO; sister, Lisa Dianne Kelly Soendker (Greg) of Odessa, MO; her niece, Racheal Elizabeth Soendker of Lee’s Summit, MO; and many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and her beloved dog, June Bug.

Lori was a free spirit whose caring and generous nature touched everyone she met. She spent her life devoted to her family and animals, always giving more than she received. She found joy in making beautiful wreaths and birthday cakes for her daughters, reading Stephen King novels, drinking coffee and tea, and going to hockey games with her sister and brother in law, Lisa and Greg.

Her love for her family, dogs, music, and even simple joys like bubbles reflected her unique and vibrant personality.

A Celebration of Lori’s Life will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Grain Valley Community Center, 713 N. Main Street Grain Valley, MO 64029.
