Lola Hail Meece

Lola Mae Hail Meece, age 86, formerly of Long Beach, passed away on November 4, 2015.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Felix and Aline Colyer Hail, husband, Raymond Meece, a brother, Jewel Hail, and a sister, Geraldine Meece, 1 half-brother, Kellawn Hail, 2 half-sisters, Marjorie Bradley, and Lena Wright.
Survivors include her children, Kathie Meece, Jeff (Kathy) Meece, Ray (Diane) Meece, Jr., Daniel (Whitney) Meece, 2 brothers, Raymond (Druscilla) Hail and Harold (Linda) Hail, 7 grandchildren, Brooke (Mikey) Knight, Jeffrey (Brandi) Meece, Allison Meece, Elizabeth (Daniel) Sanford, Jessica Meece, and Trevor (Ashlyn) Meece, and Derek Meece, 5 great-grandchildren, Keith and Abbey Knight, McKenzie and Joy Sanford, and Kaydence Meece, and other relatives and friends.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Long Beach where she had been active in the choir and volunteered in the Long Beach Food Pantry. She enjoyed gardening and crossword puzzles.
Visitation will be on Sunday, November 8, 2015, from 1 - 2 pm at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Road, Long Beach. The funeral sevice will be at 2 pm in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens.
