Lois Goss age 83, a resident of the Vancleave community, passed away on Monday, April 9, 2018.
Lois was a housewife who loved sewing, always enjoyed cooking for her family and friends and was a great auto mechanic. She was a member of Glad Tidings Assembly of God and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Howard H. Goss; one son, Howard L. Goss; brother, Lorenzo Fairley; and her parents, Lee Fairley and Nancy (Wilson) Fairley; and a son-in-law, Gary Durham
Lois is survived by her son, Don Goss and his wife Angie, and her daughter Janet Durham all of Vancleave, MS; one sister, Ruby Johnson of Gautier, MS; and seven grandchildren, Nick Sentelle (Tonya), Scott Sentelle, Melody Wilson (Randall), Amber Sentelle, Christy Price (Robert), Clifton Goss (Catherine) and Casey Hamilton; twenty great-grandchildren and numerous other family and friends.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2018 from 1:30 p.m. until the funeral service at 3:00 p.m. at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 13872 Lemoyne Blvd., at Washington Ave. West Jackson County. Interment will follow at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.
