Lillian Bryan, 86, and a resident of Diamondhead, passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2016 in Diamondhead.
Lil was born in Memphis, TN on October 10, 1929, the daughter of the late Milton and Adele Truitt.
Lil spent the majority of her life teaching. She moved to Pass Christian in 1961 and married her husband Harry M. Bryan, Jr. in 1963. In her teaching career she taught in Missouri, Texas and Mississippi. She touched many lives and will be greatly missed. Lil was of the Episcopal faith, formerly a member of Trinity Episcopal and currently of St. Thomas Episcopal.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her brother, Milton Otis Truitt.
Survivors include her two sons, Harry M. Bryan III and Milton Bryan (Stephanie) and her grandson Clayton.
The family would like to thank Woodland Village Nursing Home, especially the Alzheimer Unit, for the wonderful care Lillian received.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 19th from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. all at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln Delisle Road, Pass Christian. Burial will be in Live Oak Cemetery.
