Lester C. Garriga, Jr., age 53, of Long Beach, passed away on August 12th, 2015.
He was the father of Leslie Garriga and Matthew Garriga, brother of Kelley Garriga Craven, grandfather of Clara Lynn Daigle and Braylee Grace Long. Lester is also survived by his ""second"" family, the Louis Elias family, who loved Lester ""Mo-Mo"" very much, as well as numerous other good friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lester C. Garriga, Sr. and Martha Wise Garriga.
Lester Garriga served as a Long Beach Police Officer for over 18 years. His parents were also in law enforcement on the Gulf Coast. Lester never failed to be there for his friends and family. He was a true friend indeed and a man of honor, integrity, grit, and love.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 18th, 2015 from 4-6 pm at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Road, Long Beach. A procession will leave the funeral home at 6 pm for a graveside service at 6:30 pm in Live Oak Cemetery, Pass Christian.
