Lesley M. Luckett, age 81, passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2025.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Annie York Hill; mum, Winnie York; great granddaughter, Celest York; granddaughter, Summer York; in laws, Paddie and Jim Felstead; cousins, Jon Hall and Yvonne Hornsby.

Lesley is survived by her husband of 49 years, Charles E. Luckett; children, Dawn Felstead (Peter) and Duane Luckett (Paige); grandchildren, Roslyn Felstead (Luke), Florence Felstead (Sean), and Marrianne Felstead (Cameron); great grandchildren, Sylvia  Felstead, Emmett Foster, and Jimmy Touzard; in laws, Margret and Grahm, and Paul and Wendy Felstead; cousins, Chris and Linda York, Irene and Barry Newton, Gary Hall, and Andrew York; and best friends, Margret Land, June Draycott, Jean Pyett, and Ray Loach.

Lesley was a native of Leicester, UK. She had a career spending many years working at a clock factory for Gents of Leicester in England and dedicating 20 years as a laundry attendant at Sports Laundry. Lesley's hard work and commitment to her jobs were a testament to her character. 

Known for her friendly spirit, Lesley never met a stranger and formed friendships with people from all over the world. Her warm personality made her a cherished friend to many, and she left a lasting impact on all those who knew here. 

Lesley was a member of Gulf Haven Mennonite Church, where she found a strong sense of community and belonging. She had a passion for sports and was a devoted fan of the Leicester City Football Club. Additionally, she had a great love for Elvis and animals, which brought joy to her life.

Lesley will be remembered fondly for her kindness, her infectious smile, and her unwavering spirit. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, Mississippi 39503, beginning at 10:30 a.m. A service celebrating her life will follow at 12:30 p.m.

Burial will take place at Biloxi National Cemetery at 2:30 p.m
