Leona Ann ""Nana"" Switzer, age 76, of Long Beach, MS, passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2014.
Mrs. Switzer was born in Livingston, TN, to Zarnel and Thelma Lois Wallace Copeland.
She is together again with her husband, Walter Tilton Switzer, Sr.; her son, Walter Switzer, Jr.; her parents; her siblings, Dick Copeland, James ""Hoppy"" Copeland, Sammie Kay Halfkenney, and Steve Copeland.
She is survived by her children, James Switzer (Carol), Lori Varner (Gene), Lois Grow (Mark), Peggy Switzer, William Switzer, and Christina Belk; sister, Teresa ""Jo"" Rich; grandchildren, Nikki Vossler, Darrin Williams, Marielle Cascone, Maegan Cascone, Nikolaus Switzer, Alexander Switzer, Heather Gregory, Kristin Argote, Heather Brown, Ashley Thomas, Alison Cuevas, Candace Lewis, Dylon Taylor, Dallas Switzer, Branson Macklin; and 15 great grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, December 30, 2014, at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, at 12:30 p.m. Visitation will be 30 minutes prior to Mass.
Burial will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
