Larry N. Sumrall passed away Saturday, July 6, 2013 in Gulfport.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elbert N. Sumrall and LaMurel Yaurbrough.
He is survived by his son, Shannon Sumrall (Susan) of Gulfport; grandchildren, Mason DeWayne Sumrall, Alyssa Oneal Taylor, Kierston Alexis Sumrall, and Kenton Ty Christopher Sumrall. He is also survived by his brothers, Wayne and Ronnie Sumrall and sister, Wanda.
Mr. Sumrall served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He was graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a Masters Degree in Chemistry and Mathematics. A great man that will be missed greatly and he loved spending time with his grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held 2:30 p.m., Thursday, July 11, 2013 at the National Cemetery in Biloxi with military honors conducted by the United States Navy.
