Larry Dabbs, Jr., age 40 of Gulfport, died on Tuesday, July 3, 2007 in Gulfport.
Mr. Dabbs was born in Langdale, AL. He lived most of his life in Ohio and was a graduate of Ohio State University. He was an avid NASCAR fan and was a member of Klein Road Church of God in Gulfport.
Mr. Dabbs is preceded in death by his wife, Jennie Dabbs; his paternal grandfather, George Edward Dabbs and his maternal grandfather, Dr. Ralph Carmichael.
He is survived by his children, Bradley Dabbs, Anthony Dabbs and Lory Dabbs all of Ohio; his parents, Larry & Linda Dabbs of Gulfport; his brother, Peter Dabbs of Long Beach; his sister, Brandi Shupe of Gulfport; his paternal grandmother, Louise Dabbs of Lanett, AL; his maternal grandmother, Irisdeen Carmichael of Hattiesburg and several nephews and nieces.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2007 at 7:00pm at THE RIEMANN FAMILY'S Gulf Coast Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road in Gulfport where friends may visit from 5:30pm until service time.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, July 7, 2007 at 1:00pm EDT at Oakwood Cemetery in Lanett, AL.
