Kevin Lee Allison

Kevin Lee Allison, age 41, of Diamondhead, passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2026.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Shirley Allison, Elmer Lee Southwell, Jr., and Patricia Ann Southwell; and his uncle, Elmer Lee Southwell III.

Kevin is survived by his wife of 17 years, Wendy Allison; his children, Alexis, Caroline, and Charlotte Allison; parents, Chuck and Marymoon Allison; his siblings, Kelly Manfra (Louis), and Charles "CJ" Allison, Jr. (Maryanne); father-in-law, Hal Ward; mother-in-law, Vicky Ward; and brothers-in-law, Chad Ward (Rebekah), and David Ward.

Kevin was a native of Ft Sill, Oklahoma, but lived in Diamondhead since 2015. He graduated from Herndon High School in Herndon, Virginia, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Leo University. He enlisted in the United States Navy on July 2, 2008. After NTTC Meridian, he was assigned to USS ENTERPRISE, Norfolk, Virginia, as a SKSR. LSC Allison then transferred to the Naval Special Warfare Group Two Logistics Support Unit, Virginia Beach, Virginia, Special Boat Team 22, Bay St. Louis, MS, Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command, Pensacola, Florida, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Eleven, Gulfport, Mississippi, Naval Construction Group Two, Gulfport, Mississippi, Special Boat Training Command, Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. He served for 18 years and was recognized as Sailor of the Year.

Kevin loved coaching his daughter's soccer teams and was a member of The Chief's Mess-Goat Locker. 

The family will receive friends beginning at 2:00 PM, Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Jacob's Well Baptist Church, 29554 Vic Faye Rd. Pass Christian, MS 39571. The funeral service will begin at 3:00 PM with military honors rendered by the U.S. Navy.  

Interment will be at Biloxi National Cemetery, Biloxi, MS the next week.
