Kenneth Paul Shehane, age 61, of Gulfport, Mississippi passed away Saturday, April 13, 2024.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 26 years, Helen Shehane; parents, Joe & Joyce Shehane; brother, Don Shehane; sister-in-law, Cindy Shehane; grandparents, Ted & Mildred Natzel and Ferman & Fannie Shehane.
Kenny is survived by his sister, Shari (Arnold) Graham; step-mother, Mary Shehane; step-daughter, Tamra Loper; grandchildren, Darren and Sarah; nephews, Kevin (Mandy) Shehane, John Graham, and Jim Graham; nieces, Sara Bostwick, Tami Graham and Kelly (Aaron) Wicker.
Kenny was born in Bellevue, Nebraska. He was a 1980 graduate from Biloxi High School, where he learned auto body repair. Kenny served in the Air Force from 1982-1984; he worked in the 554 Transportation Squadron. He retired from the City of Gulfport Public Works after working many years as an auto body repairman.
He enjoyed spending time with family, working on projects with his good friend and neighbor, Hezekiah and playing video poker.
Kenny was a great person with a big heart and left us way too soon after a recent cancer diagnosis. He will be missed by everyone that knew him and loved him.
