Kenneth Wayne Hulgan, age 61 of Biloxi passed away January 27, 2014 in Biloxi.
He was preceded in death by his parents Ruth C. and John N. Hulgan.
Mr. Hulgan is survived by Shirley B. Hulgan of Seabrook, TX, his former wife with whom he shared 30 years of marriage; his children, Brandi M. Sanders-Jenkins of Seabrook, TX, Johnny Hall of Knoxville, TN, and Robert J. Hulgan of Atlanta, GA; his sister, Carol Takacs; his grandchildren, Madison Elizabeth Sanders and Seth Uriah Hall; and other loving family members, Stephanie Takacs-Matheson and Chris Takacs.
He was a US Army veteran, serving 10 years active duty in communications. He was a Vietnam war veteran and had been stationed in Germany, Hawaii, and Ft. Hood, TX among other assignments. He was employed with Treasure Bay Hotel and Casino, and enjoyed fishing, hunting, boating, drawing, and movies in his free time.
The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, Biloxi, where friends may visit from 11:30 a.m. until the service at 1:30 p.m. Interment with military honors will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery.
