Kenneth James Elder

Kenneth James Elder, age 25 and a resident of Biloxi passed away Monday, August 18, 2014 in Biloxi.
Kenneth was born in New Orleans, and was a lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He was an avid art lover and music lover, and he loved animals.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth David Balius and Ramona Frazer Rothwell.
Kenneth is survived by his husband, Albert G. Elder of Biloxi; his maternal grandparents, James and Helen Frazer of Biloxi; his paternal grandmother, Ione Balius of Hattiesburg; the Derouen family; the Rothwell family; and by his faithful canine companion, Molly.
A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 23, 2014 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Road in Biloxi, where family and friends may visit one hour prior to the service.
