Kayla Nicole Maniccia, of Long Beach, born September 19, 1996, passed away December 1, 2013.
Kayla was a junior at Long Beach High School where she had been a varsity cheerleader 2011-2013, an honor roll student, and was a member of First United Methodist Church in Long Beach.
Kayla was a loving and loyal friend, cheerleader, soccer player, actress, daughter, granddaughter, sister, and niece, and loved to make people laugh and brought joy to the lives of all who knew her. We will miss you forever.
Kayla is survived by her grandparents, Dr. and Mrs. David Reeves, her brothers, Tyler Streetman and Ryan Maniccia; her mother, Shelly Grippo; her uncles, Jason Streetman, Jeffrey (Phyllis) Reeves, and Patrick Reeves; her grandfather, Kirk Streetman; her great grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Crowder, Mrs. Norma Magee, Mrs. Lois Reeves, and Mrs. Jan Streetman; and by her grandmother, Mrs. Sandy Maniccia; her father, Mr. Ryan Maniccia, Sr.; and numerous other relatives and friends.
There will be a visitation at the First United Methodist Church in Long Beach on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at 3:00 PM at the church. Interment will follow at Long Beach City Cemetery.
