She was a third-grade teacher who retired from the Biloxi School System. Kay was a charter member of the Krewe of the Seven Seas and Krewe of Harlequins and was also a member of the Parrot Head Club. She was an excellent seamstress and made many Mardi Gras costumes. She lived life to the fullest and was always the life of the party. Kay loved to shop, cook for her family and friends, and enjoyed taking a cruise whenever she could. Those who knew her would say she was the epitome of a friend. She loved everything to do with her grandchildren and her fur babies. The family would like to give a special thanks to all of her caregivers and doctors with Memorial Hospital Gulfport who cared for her throughout the years. The legacy that she leaves is centered around loving her family, friends, church and anyone who she encountered.
There will be a celebration of life service for Kay at a later date.
