Katie Moore Jackson, age 82 of Gautier, passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, in Ocean Springs.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Jackson, Sr.; her parents, Elton E. Moore and Ada Middleton Moore; her siblings, Doris Moore, Joyce Adcock, Loyce Blackledge, David Moore, and William Moore.
Katie is survived by her children, Gwen Groves (David), Debra Joplin (David), and Robert E. Jackson, Jr.; her grandchildren, Robert E. Jackson, III and Cameron T. Jackson; and her sisters, Naomi Shepherd of Gretna, LA and Christine Toombs of Glade, MS.
She loved long rides in the country with no destination and loved inspired Amish Books.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM, on Wednesday, November 4, 2020, at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, is serving the family.
