Kathy Sue Miller

Kathy Sue Miller, 76 of Gulfport, MS passed away on December 16, 2023 at Memorial Hospital in Gulfport.  She was born on October 21, 1947 in Piqua, Ohio to the late Robert E. Houser & Doris Schlosser Houser.  She is preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Robert F. Houser.

Kathy enjoyed scrap booking, and playing her computer games and especially Farmville.  She always had a way to make everyone laugh, and her laugh was contagious to all those around her.  Her favorite time of year was the Christmas holiday and decorating her Christmas Tree.  She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend to so many.  Kathy will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Kathy is survived by her loving husband of 57 years Jimmy Miller; daughter, Kimberly (Delbert) Messer; son, James R. Miller of Wiggins; grandchildren, Emily Miller (Lee Wooten) of Long Beach, James E. Miller of Wiggins; brother, Larry Joe (Linda) Houser of Ft. Myers, FL; sister, Helen K. Shaffer of Piqua, OH; brother in law, Kennith (Paula) Miller of Corbin, KY; sister in law, Patricia Miller of North Richland Hills, TX.  Kathy is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews, friends and extended family.

A Gathering will be held on Friday, December 22, 2023 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at the Riemann Family Funeral Home- Gulfport Chapel (11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport).
