Kathryn Dianne Knowles, 58, of Gulfport, died on Friday, January 4, 2013.
Mrs. Knowles was a retired nurse. She was of the Baptist faith. Her hobbies included flower gardening and crafts.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Knowles; her parents, Bingham Dodson and Martha Davis; and her son, David Reyes.
Survivors include her daughter, Amanda Reyes of Austin, TX; brothers, Mike (Lisa) Dodson of Gulfport, and Berle (Brenda) Reynolds of Jackson; aunt, Elaine Nevels of Denham Springs, LA; nephews, Zachary Dodson and Ricky Reynolds; nieces, Samantha Dodson and Debra Reynolds; and numerous cousins, friends, and other relatives.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 9, 2013, at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
The family would like to thank the staff of Towers Nursing Home in Smithville, TX, for the exceptional care provided during Kathryn's final days.
