Katheryn, a gentle soul, passed away peacefully at home on August 19, 2026, surrounded by the love and comfort of her family. Her departure marks the end of a life filled with warmth, generosity, and an unwavering love for those around her.

Kathy was born January, 31, 1953, in LaGrange, Kentucky, to Kenneth Allen, Sr. and Barbara Lee Jones Campbell. She spent her formative years in Madison, Indiana before moving to the Mississippi Gulf Coast in 1970.

Throughout her life, Kathy was known for her dedication and hard work. She spent many fruitful years at PC Industries, where her colleagues admired her for her intelligence and kindness. Later, she continued her career at BayTech, where she made lasting friendships before deciding to embrace retirement.

Kathy was deeply passionate about reading, and her home was filled with an extensive collection of books that reflected her diverse interests and insatiable curiosity. She could often be found nestled in a cozy corner with a cup of coffee and a book in hand that fueled her imagination and enriched her life.

Kathy is survived by her devoted life partner, Billy Harshbarger, who stood by her side through thick and thin, sharing in life's joys and challenges. She is also survived by Billy’s son, Billy III, and her extended Harshbarger family. Kathy's presence will also be dearly missed by her siblings, Kenneth Campbell, Jr. (Wanda), Carla (Susie) Beluk and Patti Jo Hearn, and many relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, Kathy was preceded in death by her stepfather, John W. Hearn and her brother-in-law, Stephen R. Beluk, Jr.

In honoring Kathy's wishes, a private funeral ceremony will be held. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Annie, Kathy's special caregiver, whose compassion and dedication provided comfort and solace during her final days.

In remembering Katheryn, we celebrate a life well-lived, one that touched the hearts of many and left an enduring legacy of love, kindness, and cherished memories. She will be profoundly missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
