Katelyn Mitchell "Pooh Bear", age 23, passed away on September 14, 2020 in Ocean Springs, MS.
She is survived by her parents, Patrick and Andrea Mitchell of Ocean Springs; daughter, Adalyn McCarthy; sister, Payton Mitchell; brother, Gabe Mitchell; maternal grandparents, Gery and Susan Dollar; paternal grandmother, Carolyn Mitchell; aunts, Stacey Johnson, Natalie Lancaster, Brandy McCoy, Lisa Carter and Amanda Mitchell; uncle, Gary Mitchell; and numerous cousins and extended family.
She graduated from Ocean Springs High School in 2015. She was a wonderful mother to Adalyn and was a great friend to many. She had the most beautiful smile in the world.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 pm with visitation starting at 3:00 pm on Friday, September 18, 2020 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 13872 Lemoyne Blvd. West Jackson County.
