Kaiden Ryder McGill, 16, of Gulfport, Mississippi passed away on July 20th , 2023.
Kaiden was born on October 9th, 2006, to Rachel and Duke McGill. He was a junior at West Harrison High School with big dreams and a very bright future ahead of him. He was an avid outdoorsman with his greatest passions being hunting and fishing with his family, especially his cousins and dad. His relaxed demeanor and quick-witted personality drew everyone in and to know Kaiden was to love and adore him. Kaiden was the #1 World’s Finest Chocolate Salesman when he was in the 6th grade at Lizana Elementary and was the vice-president of the 5th grade class also at Lizana Elementary. He was a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Lizana.
He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, J.C. Lind and Paul McGill.
Kaiden is survived by his mother, Rachel McGill (Kirby Ammons); his father, Duke McGill (Tonya McGill); his siblings, Kirsten McGill, Sydney-Brooke Sims, Walker Sims, and Marley Sims; his grandparents, Yvonne Lind, Linda McGill, Lynn and Rusty Ammons; and numerous other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 25th , 2023, from 9 – 11 am at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Lizana. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am in the church. Interment will be in Wolf River Cemetery.
