Joshua David Brown

Joshua David Brown, aged 38, passed away on June 20, 2024, in Gulfport, MS.

Born in Covington, Louisiana, he spent much of his early years in Messena, NY. Joshua served in the United States Army as a Paratrooper in the Tenth Mountain Division. After his service, he traveled extensively until settling down in his thirties after meeting his wife, Mildred. For the past nine years, he has been a resident of the Gulf Coast. Joshua and Mildred own and operate Gov Tech Distributors and Consulting, where they work as military contractors. Known for his outgoing personality, Joshua loved boiling crawfish, having fun, and listening to country music. His children and wife held a special place in his heart, and he was always the life of any party. He will be dearly missed by his loving family.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Tammy Anne Gilmore Bush; and mother in law, Cherry Stuckey.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 9 years, Mildred Bell Stuckey; children, Matthew Stuckey, Austin Ridditt, Braden Ridditt; brother, Robert Gilmore; father, Mark Brown; aunt Brenda Stone; and several other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM, with visitation starting at 1:00 PM at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 274 Beauvoir Rd. Biloxi, MS.

Graveside services with military honors will be held on Friday, June 28th 2024 at 10 AM at Biloxi National Cemetery, 400 Veterans Ave. Biloxi, MS.
