Josephine L. "Jo" Williams

Josephine L. ""Jo"" Williams, age 88, of Gulfport, passed away on October 5, 2013 in Gulfport.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Williams; her brothers, Horace Lester, William Lester, and Simon Lester; and a sister, Nathalie Lester Jones.
She is survived by her children, Karen Morgan of Gulfport, Jay Williams and his wife, Barbara of Gulfport, and Gary Williams and his wife, Kathy, of Picayune; seven grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
She was a longtime member of First Presbyterian Church of Gulfport. She retired from South Central Bell as a service representative after many years of service.
The family wishes to thank the staff of Gentiva Hospice for their kind and compassionate service.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2013 at 2:00 PM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Rd, Long Beach with a visitation for family and friends from 1:00 PM until the service. Burial will follow at Evergreen Gardens, Gulfport.
