Joseph Wesley Wells

Mr. Joseph W. Wells, Jr., formerly of Piqua, died at age 84 on April 14, 2016 in Diamondhead, Mississippi where he lived following his retirement as Head of the Lumber Division of Hartzell Industries. Mr. Wells is survived by his three daughters, Dr. Karen Wells of Hillsborough, NC, Ms. Barbara Wells Jackson (B.), of Philadelphia, Pa, and Ms. Kimberly Wells Conway of Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Wells was pre-deceased by his wife, the late Barbara Hughes Wells, his son, the late Joseph W. Wells, III, and his mother-in-law the late Annie Laurie Hughes. Mr. Wells also is survived by Joe Wells, IV and Rachel Wells his grandchildren formerly of Piqua, and numerous other grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a daughter-and-sons in-law. There will be a private family memorial service later in the summer. Riemann Family Funeral Home, Pass Christian, MS served the family.
