Joseph Eldred Schmidt II, 62 of Pineville passed away Sunday April 22, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Eldred I and Bernice V. (Bourgeois) Schmidt.
Born on February 1, 1956 in Gulfport, he was an avid fisherman.
He is survived by his daughters, Stacey Schmidt Maniscalco and Tara Schmidt Evans, a brother, Henry "Hank" Schmidt, a sister, Janet Schmidt Rivers and a nephew, Victor Jerone III.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday April 27, 2018 at 10AM at Our Mother of Mercy Church, Pass Christian with visitation for family and friends from 9AM at the church. Burial will follow in Old DeLisle Cemetery. An online obituary may be viewed and condolences and photos shared at www.riemannfamily.com .
