Joseph L. Kelley, age 56, of Gulfport, passed away on October 25, 2016 in Gulfport. He served as a Captain in the United States Air Force and participated in the first Gulf War. When he came home he worked at Pat Peck Nissan as the Systems Manager while taking care of his dad.
His survivors include his mother, Praxedes Kelley and his sister Barbara Briskey.
He is preceded in death by his father, Frefford Kelley.
A graveside service with military honors will be held on Monday, October 31, 2016 at 11 AM at Biloxi National Cemetery, 400 Veterans Ave. Biloxi, MS. RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road is serving the family. An online guestbook may be signed and tributes offered to the family at www.riemannfamily.com
