John Leyser

John K. Leyser passed away Monday, December 5, 2022, at the age of 52. John was born in Pensacola, Florida October 16, 1970, but lived most of his life in Pass Christian, Mississippi. John attended St. Vincent de Paul Elementary, St. Stanislaus and the University of Mississippi. He was employed by Champion Chrysler Ram Jeep in Gulfport and was previously employed at Turan Foley Chevrolet Cadillac in Gulfport. John was an avid golfer and fisherman. He enjoyed nothing more than a round of golf with family and friends.

John is survived by his parents, Rick and Georgia Leyser of Perdido Key, FL; sister, Deena Hearn and her husband Joe, of Foley, AL; brother, Clay Leyser and his wife Leslie of Pass Christian, MS; and nieces and nephews, Amanda Mclure, Trey McClure, Amelia McClure and Hayes Leyser.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church 22342 Evangeline Rd, Pass Christian, MS. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at the church, followed by inurnment at Live Oak Cemetery at the W. Dayton Robinson Garden.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Vincent de Paul Elementary School in Long Beach (39560)
