John W. Bowen

John W. Bowen, age 55, of Long Beach, MS, passed away May 29, 2024.  Private services will be held at a later date.  He was preceded in death by his father N.M. (Buddy) Bowen, mother Doris Bowen and brother- in-law Neal Gatian. He is survived locally by his two sisters Ann Thomas Gatian and Jackie Dennison (George); nephew Matt (Jenny) Thomas and great nephews Luke and Jake; niece Shei (Tim) Holliman) great niece Demi (Reid) and great, great niece Henley True) Humphreys, great niece Dallas Blaker and great nephew Brody Blaker.

He attended Long Beach High School and worked at Chevron Long Beach for many years before going on to be a Heating and Air Technician.  He was an avid fan of Mississippi State sports and Pro football.   

John lived his life freely and passed away peacefully at home with his best friends -2 cats- lovingly by his side who are now residing next door with close friends.  He will be sadly missed
