Joe "Sweet" Ladner, age 66, of Kiln, passed away on December 25, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wesley Ladner, mother, Hattie Woods Ladner, a brother, Patrick Ladner, a sister, June Ladner Camp, a son, Joey Ladner, a daughter, Josie Ann Ladner, and a granddaughter, Faith Lynn Ladner.
Survivors include his loving wife of 45 years, Joann Tomasich Ladner, 2 sons, Lester (Michelle) Straub and Johnny (Mary) Straub, 2 daughters, Jodi Ladner, and Joanna Ladner, 1 brother, Randall (Veronica) Ladner, and a sister, Pam Ladner (Mike) McGuire, 14 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be on Thursday, December 29, 2016, from 11 am - 1 pm at St. Matthew Catholic Church, White Cypress. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 pm in the church. Interment will be in Alphonse Malley Cemetery.
