Joann T. Randolph, age 83, a resident of Carriere, MS formerly of Long Beach passed away June 25, 2014.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert G. Randolph.
She is survived by her daughter, Phyllis (Douglas) Goodwin of Carriere, MS; a brother, Baxter Tomlinson of Port Arthur, TX; and her grandchildren, Samantha Goodwin and Angela Roberts.
After she retired as personnel director with civil service, Joann enjoyed gardening and spending time on the Pascagoula River at her 2nd home. Joann was a caregiver to varied flocks of birds, several families of raccoons, opossums (""they have to eat too......."") and 2 turtles.
There will be a graveside service on Monday, June 30, 2014 at Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens, Long Beach at 11:00 AM. RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, Pass Christian served the family.
