Joan Elizabeth Farrall, age 84, of Diamondhead, and formerly of Annapolis, MD, died peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, July 11, 2013.
Joan was born in Pennsylvania to Robert and Ruth Samuels Stafford. She lived most of her life in Maryland and was retired from working as a Medical Technologist. She was of the Catholic faith.
She was preceded by her daughter, Ruth Anne Farrall of Richmond, VA.
She is survived by two daughters, Linda Farrall Kolb (Dennis)of Diamondhead, and Laura Farrall of Wildwood, NJ; brother, Larry Stafford of Anaheim, CA; grandchildren, Meghan Parrish of Gulfport, and Ian Weager of Millersville, MD, and Kimberly Dascher of Wildwood, NJ; two great grandchildren, Alan Parrish, III and Alexia Parrish.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, July 20, 2013, at Annunciation Catholic Church (Old Church Building), Kiln, at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org), Alzheimers Association (www.alz.org), or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org).
