Jimmy B McCaleb

Jimmy B. (Mac) McCaleb, also known as Jim and Pap by many, passed away on June 12, 2015.
Jim moved to the coast in October 1965, was a resident of Harrison County, and had lived in Woolmarket since 1984. He retired from South Central Bell in 1991 after 36 years of service.
He was a member and past member of many organizations including, Orange Grove Masonic Lodge #635, York Rite Mason, and the Joppa Shrine Temple. He was past President of the Coast Nobles Shrine Club, was a member of Elks Lodge #576 of Biloxi, Associate Director of Miss Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo, and the Krewe of Gemini. He coached many years of Little League baseball in Orange Grove.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 55 years, Jayne McCaleb; his sisters, Naomi Waggoner of Hendersonville, TN, Pauline Stewart and Betty McNeil of Waverly, TN, Georgia Price of Memphis, TN; brother, Harold McCaleb of Waverly, TN; and father-in-law, Norman Martin of Biloxi.
He is survived by his two sons, Marty (Sarah Kay) and Kyle McCaleb; his grandsons, Warren, Darren, Corey, and Aubrey; granddaughters, Kahlyn and Kolleen; four great-grandchildren, Kenner, Riggs, Harbor, and Brantley McCaleb; one brother, Nick McCaleb, Southhaven, MS; his sister, Jean Bethshears of Waverly, TN; his loving Mother-in-law, Maggie Martin; and a special friend and partner, Kate Kilpatrick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews throughout his gracious family. He is also cherished by all his friends along the coast and will be sorely missed.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 15, 2015, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, from 6-9 pm.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2015, at 11 am in the funeral home chapel.
Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
